Positive: The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. Central location. Communication with Daniele was helpful prior arrival. There was a problem and we had a flight delay and Daniele kept in touch so we knew what to do. Chami checked us in, was friendly, explained how to use keys, entrance etc

Negative: Didn’t know checkout was 10:30 am, so we had to rush to get out. It should be mentioned to avoid misunderstandings. The elevator is ancient & a little scary to use at first, but we got used to it. The grounds are not well maintained - it’s part of the accommodation and can be made more appealing.
