Positive: The staff was very friendly. Greeted you and carried your bags. I know that's the bare minimum, but most places these days don't do that.

Negative: There is no elevator, so if you're on the 3rd floor, good luck. The Cafe doesn't have many food options. I also left my towel in my room, so I asked the housekeeper for one while I was at the pool. They later charged me for that towel. 50 baht. I explained how no one told me there was a fee because if I had known there was a fee, I would have just gone to my room and got my towel. They ended up waiving the fee.
