Positive: The property dont have any staff as it is apartment and a code will be given to you. The location is excellent. Close to pharmacy and supermarket. Walking distance from a halal fast food double XL, which is excellent. The bus stop is just outside and in 10 mints you can reach in disneyland. An improvement is required. If you are thinking of staying there, make sure you take your towel and other stuff with you or can buy from the supermarket.

Negative: Hot water was not on, and it was hard for me to switch on. Requested to owner and got hot water the next-day. Property should be examined before guests arrive. The owner must realise that providing basic services will bring more business to him.
