Positive: Clean apartment, beautiful complex, polite woman settled in. Not far from the sea
Negative: The most important thing to note is that check-in is at 2 p.m. and check-out is very early, from 8 to 10 a.m. On vacation, you will have to get up very early to check out before 10 a.m. In other apartments, check-out is usually not so early, around 12 p.m. This is very unpleasant. The front door remains closed only if you turn the lock, it opens by itself from a draft. The paint on the walls should be updated, some interior details are in poor condition: there is no handle on one of the kitchen cabinets, swollen trims in the bathroom, a table with chips. The apartment is stuffy, there is no air conditioning and at the same time there are no mosquito nets on the opening parts of the windows. Either it is stuffy, or you sleep with mosquitoes. At the same time, there is a screen on the wall that supposedly regulates the temperature, but it does not work. There is an xbox and discs for it in the apartment, which is good, but it also does not work. The apartment comes with a "cinema room and billiards", which is also good, but while you can play billiards, you won't be able to watch a movie on the screen. The projector is not set up, it hangs crookedly in relation to the screen, there is no remote control for it and, apparently, it is not connected to anything. The acoustics near the screen are just on the floor, the wires are lying nearby and are also not connected to anything. It is impossible to use the cinema room. The audibility in the apartment is very good, the neighbors' speech in the morning is heard as if they were in the same apartment with you. It is about a kilometer to the sea, but the road to it is not easy, you need to climb a rather steep sandy hill towards the sea and on the way back climb a less steep but longer sandy hill. An additional fee in cash is charged for a pet upon check-in.
