Sandpoint, Idaho is situated on Lake Pend Oreille. Bike trails and footpaths skirt the lake and five star restaurants and shopping await your arrival. Have you ever wanted to bike or walk into town and never once get in your car! Now is the time! Put your car keys down and get out and enjoy this small town with cultural events and outdoor recreation that is transporting Sandpoint into a top vacation destination.

Upon entry, you will find a fully equipped kitchen which includes new high end appliances(Jenn air, double drawer dishwasher, Sub zero refrigerator.)if you love a high definition tv, we have it for you, along with wifi and HD also have HD tv in the bedroom. If you love music, you will love our Sonos surround sound. The kitchen bar includes seating for 5 for mealtime.
We are a residential waterfront resort community on the shores of Lake Pend Oreille, just minutes from downtown Sandpoint and a short drive to Schweitzer Ski Resort. You are truly in a resort as you can visit two of the pools available, tennis courts and pickle ball, (pickle ball racquets are provided) basketball court and sand volleyball court. A washer, dryer and dishwasher give you all the conveniences of home. Additional amenities include 2 high def tvs, a heated bidet toilet and beautiful glass shower with two shower heads.
Our location is minutes away from the city beach. Chairs and beach towels are provided for you. You will find many unique restaurants with beautiful water views and there is always a cultural event happening locally. During the summer months beginning in May, enjoy the Sandpoint's farmer's market at Farmin Park next to the Jeff Jones Town Square. Live music, local produce and crafts make this a fun experience not to miss. Summer cultural events include the Lost in the 50's car show (3rd weekend of May), a hometown 4th of July celebration including parades and a variety show at the city beach. You will also want to check out the Long Bridge Swim, the first weekend of August and the Festival of Sandpoint that takes place on the shores of Lake Pend Oreille in August (close enough to arrive on bike). You can enjoy and explore the many bike trails including the one across the main entrance that will transport you across the long bridge and city beach to explore. If bicycling is not for you, a local bus in Sandpoint is provided. A stop only about a block away from our condo and the SPOT (Selkirks-Pend Oreille Transit) bus to the Schweitzer base for a ride to the village, stores in Ponderay and any other area in Sandpoint.
Our most popular amenity and feature are the dual kayaks are conveniently stored on the kayak rack. Life vests and paddles are near the sliding door. Can you just imagine going for a morning kayak ride along the beautiful coastline while witness to our osprey and bald eagles diving for their morning breakfast?

This beautiful condo will transport you to the astounding beauty and world class recreational opportunities that Sandpoint, Idaho has to offer within your reach. The condo is located in northwest, which has 4 beautiful seasons. Each season provides different views of the lake which in turn leads to unique activities; for example, kayaking and swimming in the summer, bike riding in the fall with beautiful, vibrant fall trails and skiing and snowmobiling in the winter. The lake does fluctuate in level, it goes down in the fall and comes back up in the spring.
