Positive: The property is a B&B, but we booked the whole house for our party which may have affected some of the amenities. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious as were the bathrooms. All three bathrooms and bedrooms very clean and well equipped. The outdoor space was pleasant to sit in. The host Annalisa was very helpful and friendly. Annalisa provides lots of pamphlets, books etc. about local attractions.
Negative: For our purposes the kitchen could have been better equipped, but it is usually rented as a B&B so we didn't expect it to be perfect. If we had asked Annalisa I am sure she would have provided another big pot! The only real drawback to the property which people might experience is the parking as the property is on a very steep hill and it is a little bit difficult to get into the driveway; however, there is a small free parking area at the bottom of the hill (a 30 second walk from the property) and we parked there without any problem.
Summary: Very pleasant stay. Perfect location for visiting local sites such as Paestum and the caves.
