Summary: Not a good experience. The bed seemed clean but to be sure, nothing else. I believe there was plumbing issues and a slight smell in the lobby. The room didn’t have a surface that felt clean. The bathroom floor was giving way (3rd floor) around the tub. Tub was disgusting inside and full of human hair. I found a roach (pictured) in the hall. Ice machine on our floor looked like it hadn’t worked in years. Went to gym and one treadmill didn’t work and the other one was a death trap while in use. DEFINITELY NOT THE QUALITY THAT WE ARE USED TO SEEING FROM LA QUINTA INN.
