Positive: good breakfast, good location, convenient parking and cleanliness. you can relatively quickly get to the restaurant street in Cancale on foot, about 15 minutes, but the road back is up a steep hill.
Negative: well and plus, the rooms are quite inconvenient, there is no elevator, there is a video camera on each floor - for the peace of mind of the owner? we were constantly wondering during our stay in the room, whether there are video cameras in it, and felt extremely uncomfortable. And most unpleasant situation arose: they demanded a credit card from us "as a guarantee", although this was not specified in the booking conditions and the room had already been paid for. The owner was very worried about her property. All over the hotel there were stickers with prohibitions "no eating in the rooms!!!! no smoking!!! no pets allowed! NO swimming suits allowed near the pool!!!" and so on. We were also given a strict deadline upon arrival: choose breakfast in 5 minutes and bring back the sheets of paper with the menu. Every time we went downstairs, she looked out of the room and watched us, although this only happened twice - we went to the restaurant for dinner and to the car for our things. We did not use the pool. The lady's terrible distrust of guests, despite the fact that we arrived in a fairly expensive car costing as much as an apartment nearby. We left the room in perfect condition and express our regret that we could have given even the slightest reason to treat us like that. We hope that travelers who value their psychological comfort and respect themselves enough will avoid this dubious place to spend the night.
