This old farmhouse, completely renovated, is a bright house with an open view of the vineyards so you can let go as soon as you arrive.
The 4000m² plot is designed for adults and children, with its swimming pool.

This 160m² house has been renovated with taste and quality, it is made up of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, ideal for 10 people.
The ground floor is composed as follows:

- 1 double bedroom en suite with King size double bed (180), bathroom with bathtub and storage space;
- 1 independent toilet
- 1 laundry room with washing machine & dryer
Upstairs you will find 4 double bedrooms:
- 1 shared bathroom with double sink, shower and WC;
- 2 double bedrooms with Queen size double bed (160) and storage;
- 1 bedroom with double bed (140);
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and storage space;
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet accessible directly from the last two bedrooms.
For your little ones, you also have 2 travel cots, 1 changing table, 2 high chairs and 1 booster seat.
Outside, you can enjoy garden furniture and a dining area for 10 people, with gas plancha, by the heated swimming pool.
Deckchairs are also available.
You will be able to enjoy the visit of the Owl of Athena, a small stocky owl which comes at dusk or at night, and sometimes during the day when it hunts.
