Positive: We loved everything, starting with Yoko, who was informative, helpful and full of suggestions throughout our four day stay! She also helped with reservations for dinner (which was sometimes hard in other cities). Japanese breakfast (western is possible) was amazing and interesting every morning. The room was very comfortable. Check-in and departure had flexibility. And the overall atmosphere was super welcoming and calm. The location is very convenient and steps off of a subway line on a quiet street. This was our favorite place and we would absolutely stay there again if in Kyoto.

Negative: There was not one thing we didn’t like!

Summary: Excellent! Favorite place. Comfortable and welcoming!
