Situated on a beautiful, quiet cul-de-sac overlooking nearby islands of the Florida Keys, you'll be captivated by breathtaking ocean views from your private back patio, where you can unwind and soak in the scenery and watch the boats come and go on their adventures of fishing and boating. If you are an early riser, you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise from your private deck.
Key Features:
*Open living room with plenty of windows and a sliding glass door so that you can enjoy the views at all times. For your comfort there is a 55" TV, leather sofa and 2 chairs with ottomans.
*Open Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room and a welcoming dining area that comfortably seats up to 6, perfect for family meals or entertaining friends. The granite kitchen island has 2 bar stools for additional seating.
*Covered balcony - THIS is a perfect spot to wake up and start your day watching the sunrise and the blue waters change to turquoise. There is a table with 4 chairs to enjoy the ocean breezes and viewing the frequent egrets and pelicans soar by. Look down at the canal and you have a pretty good chance of spotting some manatees swimming by.
*Spacious Bedrooms: Two cozy bedrooms designed for comfort, ensuring restful nights after your adventures.
There is a King size bed in the primary bedroom with ensuite full bathroom and stand up shower. This room has a flat screen TV and closet space for storage.
A Queen size bed is located in the guest bedroom has a balcony for your guests to step outside and relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or star gaze at night. There is a TV located in the guest bedroom and full size bathroom with tub/shower combo located just outside the room in the hallway.
​​​​​​​There is a futon in the living room for additional sleeping accommodations as well as a queen size air mattress.
*Outdoor Oasis: Enjoy the massive 56-foot concrete seawall, ideal for the BIG boats or two smaller boats - perfect for fishing, sunbathing, or simply enjoying the gentle ocean breeze. Boating from Venture Out is what avid fishermen and boaters are looking for with deep water and quick access to the Atlantic Ocean side or gulf side. The dock is equipped with heavy duty dock posts, cleats, water hose and electric.
*Downstairs Patio - The covered downstairs patio area is a great spot to cool off after a day in the sun, enjoy the ocean sounds on comfortable outdoor furniture that includes 4 sun loungers, 4 Adirondack chairs & a small table. A round concrete picnic table with seats and a bench is a great spot to catch up on a good book or watch your friends and family play a game of cornhole. There is a BBQ grill ready for you to cook up your fresh catches.
*Renters Closet - Downstairs in the storage area you will find a refrigerator/freezer available keep your fish and bait stored fresh and safely.
There are 4 kayaks and 4 bikes included during your stay to explore the islands.
*Fish Cleaning Station/Swim ladder: For the anglers among you, our dedicated fish cleaning station makes it easy to prepare your catch of the day. There is also a swim ladder if you decide to splash in the fresh ocean waters after a long day of boating.
*Laundry Facilities: A washer and dryer are available within the home, so you can pack light and keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay.
*Convenient Cargo Lift - There is a cargo lift to assist you bringing your luggage or larger/heavy items upstairs to the home.

There are 3 exterior security cameras on this home. 2 cameras are located on the front (one for the front storage door and one for the entryway stairs), the 3rd camera is located on the rear under the deck facing the water.
Venture Out is a golf cart friendly, private gated community that boasts a plethora of amenities to elevate your stay to the next level. Indulge in resort-style amenities, including a Marina store with fuel onsite, bait and convenience market, boat wash down station, 80-foot heated pool, Jacuzzi, large kiddie pool, salt water swimming lagoon, convenience market, post office, 2 lighted tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball and bocce courts.

Located inside Venture Out on Cudjoe Key. A separate Registration Fee of $125 (subject to change) will be charged by Venture Out at time of arrival. This fee must be paid with cash or credit card (4% credit card fee will apply). Parking for 1 vehicle per Unit. This vehicle must fit on the driveway and not extend out to the road. If your vehicle does not fit when you arrive, you will need to see the guard gate for an additional parking pass for the overflow lot which costs $5/day. Extra parking permit may be available at the Guard Station for an additional nightly fee for a maximum of 14 days depending on availability. Must follow all the Rules and Regulations during your stay. Boat trailer parking is also available on a first come, first serve basis for an additional nightly fee. If the overflow parking is full when you arrive, no worries, we work with several other nearby storage lots.
Main guest must be 25 years of age or older and will need to email a copy of your drivers license to the Rental Manager after booking has been accepted. The vacation rental agreement must be signed and returned within 24 hours of booking acceptance. There is a 4% credit card processing fee.
**Due to ongoing electrical upgrades within the community, some amenities may be unavailable during your stay, and there may be interruptions in electrical service during repairs. Please contact us before booking for estimated closure and repair dates.
