Positive: We loved the location (including easy access to a supermarket, etc.), the layout, the view, the amenities, the lighting, the internet, the ease of access. Even though the property would not allow a late check-out, I was able to sit on the lanai for another hour and use the internet while looking at the ocean!
Negative: The ONLY issue with the apartment was the air conditioning. It was in the alcove off the main living room, which my son used as a bedroom with the fold-out couch. I had the main bedroom, which the AC could not possibly cool, and I was hot, even with the ceiling fan running. The alternative would have meant leaving all the windows and the bedroom door open, and there were heavy rains at night - so it would have been crazy humid.
Summary: Very nice stay in a lovely location.
