With 190m² and very luminous, the villa is distributed on two independent floors which are accessed by a couple of flights of stairs. From the parking area and up a first flight of stairs of 11 steps, we reach the pool area, and in a second flight of stairs of 24 steps we reach the lower living area, where we find a living room with TV, air conditioning and a sofa bed of 90 / 200 cm to sleep one person. A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, a complete bathroom with shower, a first bedroom with double bed (two mattresses joined together) and a second bedroom with a double bed. up a flight of stairs we reach the upper and independent floor of the villa, where we find a pleasant enclosed naya with dining table and beautiful open views, a living room with kitchenette and air conditioning, a third double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and the fourth double bedroom.
Outside the villa:
With 800 m2 of plot, the villa Jaquita has a pool area with outdoor shower, and sunbeds for sunbathing. And up a short flight of steps you will find a very nice barbecue area with a table for lunch or dinner in a pleasant, relaxed and rustic atmosphere.
