The beautiful Beachcomber villa was built by an English gentleman. His initial plans for the large villa included fully separate wings for him and his wife, as well as medium common areas for family and friends. The villa was inhabited for several years before being sold and transformed into a leisure club in Lagos. This expat paradise had a reputation for both its parties and its customers, partying until the early hours. Even today, many taxi drivers around Lagos still know the Beachcomber Beachcomber. So you will have no problem going home after a night in town! The bowling green was added at that time and the swimming pool enlarged before the country club was out of fashion and was converted into a private residence. The original plan of the villa meant that it naturally converted into five current apartments. The cottage is at the back and most private, with a kitchen that clearly shows its history as a country club bar. The Pool and Garden apartments are the two main wings of the villa. The largest apartment with jacuzzi joining the two in the center of the house and the apartment with upstairs balcony offering sea views.
