Beautifully renovated, ocean view condominium set amid towering cedar and fir trees provides tranquility and privacy. Located overlooking the Strait of Georgia in the picturesque area of Yellow Point, British Columbia. Just a 20-minute drive south of Nanaimo and only 90 minutes north of Victoria, you arrive in paradise. Nature at your door with breathtaking ocean views. End unit which is furthest from the pool and other units. The condominium is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit. The lower bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, smart TV, 4 piece bath, small deck and a separate entrance. The upper level contains a full kitchen with BBQ deck, dining room, living room with pull-out queen sofa, 55" smart TV and a large balcony with ocean views, separate bedroom with a King bed ( can be converted to 2 twin beds if requested )
