This stunning 6-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom villa is perfect for those who want to vacation in style. With 7 beds and a maximum occupancy of 14 guests, this spacious rental offers plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Whether you're looking forward to soaking in the steam shower or luxuriating in the master bath's soaking tub, this villa has something special for everyone. The master bedroom features floor-to-ceiling windows with breathtaking views, while the upper roof deck boasts an amazing bar and even more spectacular sights.
The game room has a pool table, a casino table w/poker chips, and a full ensemble of board games. It comes fully equipped with a kitchen and bar - perfect for whipping snacks any time of day or night. And if you love spending time outdoors as much as we do, there are plenty of options here: Enjoy surround sound in this room, and poolside.

This house has 5 half kitchens throughout the whole home in various indoor and outdoor sections of the home. Wherever you go you will find fridges and wet bars including the upper roof deck, the master bedroom, the game room, the living room etc.
Parking: You can park up to 6 vehicles here. We have 3 inside our motorized driveway gate, and room for one in our garage, but then you can park 2 cards in front of our home too right on the street. So up to 6 technically can park here, its free on the streets and always available since we are in an upper private neighborhood in the hills.
But we're just getting started. settle into the bottom level and get ready to relax in style! Take a dip in the pool, unwind in the hot tub, or soak up some sun on one of our comfortable loungers - there's something for everyone here. If you're feeling adventurous, check out the grotto head waterfall or dip under the waterfalls while enjoying the beautiful Laguna atmosphere.
Downstairs, you'll find a large full bath perfect for pool-goers, plus a pool table and casino room! The bar comes fully stocked with your choice of wine or beer cooler to keep it cool on hot summer days while enjoying a gas fireplace!
The second bedroom has a queen bed, balcony access, and access to the shared bathroom right next door. Up one flight of stairs, you'll find two more bedrooms (3rd and 4th), both with queen beds too!
