Located in a hilly area, a few steps from the historic center, the Holiday House Il Casalotto overlooks a wonderful panoramic view of the territories of the Pollino National Park. In the surroundings there is a dense Mediterranean vegetation composed mainly of pine trees, but also of beech and oak trees. Sports facilities are nearby. The village, known for its painted murals, is 9 km from the Ionian sea. The overnight stay can be daily, weekly, monthly, STARTING FROM 10 € per person.

The "Il Casalotto" neighborhood, the name of the homonymous holiday home, is one of the historic and populated districts of Montegiordano Centro, characteristic for its alleys and for the neighborhood meetings that, as in past years, the people of the neighborhood still use in front of a house or in a "largo" to socialize and chat. It is difficult to find a country where everyone greets and respects each other. Well yes! In Montegiordano, all the inhabitants know each other and exchange greetings, the guest who arrives is always welcome.
