Howells Hill is a fully renovated family home and is simply sensational, combining the best of old and new. It is situated on top of rolling hills with breathtaking views of the Alpine Valley. There is great access to everything you need for the perfect getaway from shopping, cafes, restaurants and wineries to visiting Lake Buffalo for a fish or water ski or take a short scenic drive to surrounding towns of Bright, Beechworth and Milawa. The property boasts being able to sleep up to 12 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The open plan kitchen and dining leads into both of the lounge , with a built in wood heater and the family room. Head down the hallway to the bedrooms, bathrooms and full laundry. Outside you’ll find plenty of entertaining space with a BBQ and outdoor setting. As this is a working farm, responsible adult supervision of children outside is essential and guests must keep to the inside boundary of the property. When arriving, you may need to give way to cattle, so definitely no pets please. An outdoor noise curfew of 10.30pm applies. There is plenty of parking and even room for a boat.
