Only recently refurbished (2017) three bedroom, fully air conditioned Thai-Balinese style resort villa - in a real hideaway place with a private waterfall pool
If you are looking for a luxurious break in a peaceful environment then this is the perfect place for you.
Spread across four separate buildings and nestled in a tropical garden on a small hill, this three bedroom luxury accommodation can comfortably host six persons. It is designed in traditional Thai-Balinese style and decorated with neat and fine wood carved works.
There are four pavillions, plus a spacious outdoor area with private pool and gazebo in the center of the property:
Master Bedroom Pavillion:
The ensuite master bedroom is furnished with a 180 x 200 cm double bed. Next to it is a small office overlooking the swimming pool and garden. The western style bathroom has a shower, wash basin and toilet.
Living & Dining Pavillion:
It consists of both indoor and outdoor dining with a seperate Thai decor living room. The living room offers a comfortable sofa, several armchairs and a flatscreen TV and Bluray player. The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, gas cooker and stainless steel extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and toaster.
Two Bedroom Pavillion:
This is just opposite the living & dining pavillion. It faces the central outdoor area. The bedrooms have a 180 x 200 cm double bed each and the en-suite bathrooms are both equipped with a shower, wash basins and a toilet. The bedrooms overlook the swimming pool and peaceful tropical garden.
Pavillion with Laundry Facilities plus maid's room with a bathroom
The laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, ironing set, clothes rack and clothes pin provides additional comfort.
Plenty of bed linen and towels, kitchen appliances and cooking tools are provided, and there also is free Wifi internet and internet TV. You can control the air-conditioners in every room to your liking.
In the centre, your private 5x10 m swimming pool features a jacuzzi and small waterfall. The gazebo next to the pool is perfect for relaxing in the shade. The spacious outdoor living area and terrace is under the shade of forested trees to keep you cool all day long. The pool terrace is equipped with garden furniture, two sunshades and four sun loungers.
You can go for nice walks around the gated community which is full of green vegetation, peaceful lakes and canals that have been cultivated for over 20 years. They provide privacy and a nice cool wind. Small children must be cautious in this area.
The rental fee includes cleaning twice a week and a change of bed linen and towels once a week. Please note that here is no public transport in the area, but guests can easily rent a motorbike or a car during their stay. Upon request, taxi services can be arranged.
You can go for a nice walk around the project area which is very large and full of mature garden that has been preserved for over 20 years. There are lakes which provides great view and true relaxation. If you want to go diving or travel to other islands or shop in the supermarkets, or dine in Thai or international restaurants, it will take only 5-15 minutes driving or 15 -20 minutes walking to those destinations. You can also enjoy cooking in our well-equipped kitchen. There are local markets at Rawai beach where you can buy fresh seafood, vegetables and fruits which are only 10 minutes drive from the villa.
The villa sits nearby many attractions such as Nai Harn beach, Yanui beach, Ao Sane which is only 800m. - 3km. away. There are many activities to do at the beach such as surfing, jet skiing, and beach sports. Also, not very far from our villa, there are many places to visit and countless activities to do such as elephant trekking, ATV driving, detox centers, yoga and meditation or Muai Thai.
