Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The staff was really eager to accomodate the guests. Upon my arrival I was informed that there is an issue with the transportation to the ski slopes. I was understandably disappointed. The next morning, to my pleasant surprise a staff member came at breakfast to tell me that the issue has been solved and a bus to the slopes is waiting for me (I was the only skiing guest at that time). My food preferences were more than satisfied and I was offered refreshments upon comining back from skiing. Thank you Божо, Коста and Иван and the young ladies at the reception desk whose names I neglected to ask.

Negative: No remarks whatsoever.

Summary: Arrived Monday afternoon, skied for 3 days and left.
