Positive: Easy check-in & out. They organised a transfer car for us to our next location at a good price. Initially slightly disappointed with room as it was bare, no pictures, a couple of tiles in the bathroom were cracked and some of the furniture was scuffed. But once we'd settled in we realised that for the price we paid it was exactly as described. We accidentally pulled the towel rail off the wall and they fixed it no problem and no questions asked! Our room was facing the back of the hotel (backing onto other buildings) so we didn't hear any noise from traffic or Times Square which is closer than we thought. We were disappointed that the bar was for show only and not a real bar.
Summary: peaceful hotel in a busy area, we would recommend if you are just after a central place to sleep
