Positive: Breakfast was great, a good selection every day, cappuccino if requested at no extra charge. My room was a little further away from the main hotel, at first the wifi was hard to connect to there but then came good for some reason. Mosquitos were a bit of an issue. Would have loved a kettle in the room, but often the hot water in the breakfast area was accessible. The staff were helpful. Location was good for walking to restaurants and the ferry. The local beach was right across the road, mud bath close ( although closed) and views of the steaming volcano.
Negative: A bit far away from the rest of the group in the main part of the hotel. Noisy when neighbours flushed the toilet or had their TV on. There was no window in my room so it was a bit dark.
Summary: Great location, perfect for my needs, good price.
