Summary: I have been residing at this hotel for eight years, and it remains my preferred choice in Istanbul. My last visit was the best; the reception staff spoke English. There's also a polite young man named Hasan who works in the hotel restaurant; he speaks Turkish, Arabic, and English, and he was very accommodating with our inquiries about the area and transportation. Airport taxi service is available at a reasonable price, and all the staff are respectful and accommodating.
