Summary: Great location and a stylish hotel. Unfortunately, the soundproofing is terrible—you can hear every noise from the rooms next door. For a hotel at this price point, having to request housekeeping on demand with a door sign (which no one mentioned at check-in) is unacceptable. It feels lazy. The reception staff were very young (teenage girls) and unhelpful. When I asked why our room hadn’t been cleaned, and if they could tidy up I was told, “I’m not housekeeping.” Wouldn’t stay here again and can’t recommend it.
