Positive: Everything! Booked a room with the balcony facing the river and mountain! Wow. Magical sitting there, immersing in the view. We crossed the street and walked down the river bank and there, we saw people having their sandwiches, and strolling. We walked right to the end and took the stairs up to bridge (from the balcony u can see that bridge). Cross thar bridge, there is a cute florist and u can hop a train to anywhere or a bus to old and new town too. And, the plus point of the hotel is (many plus points), the bus stop is 1 min away, bus 34 to old and new town. We took the same bus from Heidelberg train station to the hotel, 20 mins ride. 400 meters away, there is a small bakery and a supermarket that also sells fresh bread. And an Italian restaurant. We will come back for sure! Very friendly woman at the frontdesk of the hotel. Overall, love it so much.

Negative: The pillow unfortunately. Too flat. Felt like sleeping on two folded towels:( too bad.
