Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The host who welcomed us was very friendly and warm. The location in a small Italian mountain town had its charm.

Negative: At the price, we expected basics to work. The room had no heating option, which was uncomfortable in early April when mountain temperatures are still quite cold. The refrigerator also didn't work. These are things that should just work without guests having to ask.

Summary: Friendly host, but missing basics like heating and a working fridge made it feel overpriced
