Positive: The staff are great. We had a room with a seperate sitting area and 2 bathrooms (they had upgraded us) we have stayed before. The breakfast is fsb. Pool across the road.
Negative: On occassion the pool this time we went, was very noisy/busy. People from the apartments above the pool were using it - i do not know if this is for their use as well as hotel Madrid.
