Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The beds were comfortable and there was a large desk space. AC worked and there was a balcony. Wifi worked okay There is an elevator that goes down to the parking, nice to load / unload a car

Negative: The breakfast was very cheap (few options, frozen food, food left to sit there for hours). Coffee was cold. The parking is filled with junk. What shocked me the most in this hotel is the lady who checked us in. It was difficult to communicate as she spoke no English and we only spoke a little Greek. Normally, that would be fine for a check-in, but she assumed we were new customers (i.e. without a booking) despite being showed the Booking confirmation page on our phone in Greek. In the end, we had to get another patron to translate for us to avoid being charged twice for the rooms. Beyond the misunderstanding, there was something off with her attitude. It seemed to us like she didn't care to welcome anyone. I don't usually say don't go somewhere, but based on this experience I would avoid this hotel - at least in off-season (we visited in October).
