Summary: The service quality is so-so, luggage storage service is not provided, housekeeping will not be arranged unless request in service counter everyday. The amenities in the room are insufficient, and you have to ask for them to be provided. Additionally, staying on the lower floors can be quite noisy due to street sounds. The staff all appear expressionless, and overall, the experience is just so-so.
