Positive: The breakfast was a highlight in terms of quality – while the variety was somewhat limited, everything that was offered was very delicious and well prepared. A special thank you to Denise, who took care of us during breakfast. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and spoke excellent English, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The room itself was comfortable, especially the bed – we slept very well. The pool area is also beautifully designed and perfect for relaxing. However, the music there was sometimes quite loud; softer, more relaxed lounge music would make the atmosphere much nicer.

Negative: One thing we found disappointing was the quality of the cocktails. They were not freshly prepared by a bartender but instead came pre-mixed from a tap. For a hotel of this category, this was clearly below expectations. There are a couple of additional areas for improvement. Some of the younger male staff at the reception seemed not fully trained in certain situations, and their English skills were somewhat limited, which made communication a bit challenging at times. Also, the view from our room was not ideal, as it faced the inner courtyard. Since the hotel was not fully booked during our stay, we would have really appreciated a small upgrade, for example to a room with at least a partial sea view. In other hotels, we experienced this kind of gesture, so it was a bit disappointing that it wasn’t offered here.
