Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Staff and management were friendly, kind, attentive and helpful. Always with a smile and willing to help. Luckily the hotel has a generator, which is very important as there are frequent power outages.
Negative: Wifi is pretty well non-existent. It was offered and available but rarely worked. There was a church conference during my stay that took over both pool areas. Loungers were removed, long banquet tables were set up, one pool was even closed entirely for a whole day culminating in a nighttime party that continued with very loud music and noise until midnight.
Summary: Great staff. Would recommend but poor wifi
