Upstairs has full size washer and dryer for your use.
All bedrooms and full bath are located on second level of home.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located in a stable, family friendly, well-established neighborhood. The lot offers privacy from the road and neighbors with mature trees and a fenced in yard. Located near the airport, right off beautiful Fleur Drive, also known as “the gateway to Des Moines”!
The guest access
-You will have access to the whole house and yard, minus any locked closets or sheds reserved for owner use.
-We are in a residential neighborhood so quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM required.
-Home has central air and heat adjusted via thermostat monitored by Host.
Other things to note:
This Property has security cameras located on the driveway, at the back door, front door, back yard and pool. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests' expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the devices is prohibited and will result in the guest being evicted without a refund. Licensee will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.
Important things to note:

- Maximum overnight guests allowed are 9.
- Maximum daytime guest limit is 16.
- Minimum age to book is 25. If you do book, your reservation might be cancelled without a refund if age requirement not met.
- A call from the neighbors to the city will bring the police to your door.
- If you violate the rules and regulation, you may be evicted without refunds.
- Avoid glassware by the pool area. Non fragile utensils are provided.
- No diving, no running around the pool side.
- Swim at your own risk.
- Remember to switch the gas on for the BBQ for use and switch off after.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. We kindly ask that during this time you refrain from music outside and loud conversations. Our neighbors play a crucial role keeping our area a place to visit, and we request that you refrain from activities that would be disturbing for them.
- Guests MUST vacate by 11am of the last day of their stay without expressed prior written approval from the host to extend the stay. Overstay will be charged the full day and second $150 cleaning fee; as the housekeeper has to reschedule to prepare for the next guest.
- Do not adjust pool temperature.
- No refunds are given if you are unable to use the pool or hot tub due to weather.
- Spa temperature should not exceed 101 at any time.
- Some starter firewood if provided, but please bring more to keep the fire going!
- No smoking.
- No illegal drugs.
- No parties.
- No firearms.
- No food in bedrooms please.
- Please keep the house clean and left as you found it.
- No food in bedrooms.
- Maximum 2 pets, under 50 lbs each, must be disclosed and pet fee required.

Due to the nature of the outdoor activities available, there are certain risks such as slipping, tripping, falling or being stung by a bee. This is not an all inclusive list, only a partial idea of the nature of our home and amenities. WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check-in is after 4 PM local time, and check-out is 11 AM.
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
Urban Oasis has keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
HOW IS THE WIFI?
The wifi is blazing fast! The internet speed is at-least 300/Mbps, can be used for gaming and streaming. Wifi reaches outdoors.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL/SPA HEATED?
Yes, Pool heating availability is based on seasonality and host discretion. Arrangements must be made within 48 hours of check-in. Over the summer months, the pool temperature stays naturally around 80 degrees.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, staff, etc. so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
CAN I BRING MY PET?
Our house is pet friendly. We allow up to two pets for a fee of $100 per pet.
Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 charge and possible eviction without refunds.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints and the city ordinance. We recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker since you can arrange them where you like and they are easy to connect to! Please note that quiet time begins after 10PM.
DOES YOUR HOME HAVE A BBQ AND OUTDOOR FIRE PIT?
The house has a natural gas BBQ. The gas fire pit is not available for use.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
We provide a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. Please let us know prior to check-in.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
Urban Oasis has a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, crockpot and blender. Kitchen is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls, and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew, measuring spoons, and more. The home has both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, as well as a spice rack, salt, and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels, and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap, and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry detergent.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM GUEST NUMBERS ALLOWED?
You can bring in 9 overnight guests total.
