Summary: The condo itself was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed except coffee filters. It was walkable to some good restaurants/breweries and bakeries as well. A good location in general, in a pretty quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of the city. I was pleasantly surprised at how safe it felt. There were some unhoused people living close by, but they did not make us feel threatened at all. The listing noted that there is "on street parking" that is generally free, and that there was a Diamond garage "across the street." There was no onstreet parking available, and we had to lug our belongings approximately 2 blocks from a church parking lot, which we could pay to use because we didn't stay over a Sunday. The lot referred to in the listing was closed for construction. I would stay here again if I could take an Uber/Lyft. If I need to park a car, a standard hotel would be easier.
