Positive: The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and offered to provide breakfast before breakfast time, knowing that we had to go to Machu Picchu early in the morning. The room was clean, we could borrow the hair dryer from the front desk, and the hot shower was strong which was extremely important for me. However, we stayed in a room where the window just faces the slope, we could hear people passing by, and couldn't really open the curtain as we were afraid of people watching us. On top of that, we visited the place in the rainy season, and it was really humid in the room. Well, really couldn't complain much given this price.
