Summary: Everything was perfect except the initial check in. I travel a LOT for work and had saved rewards to pay for hotels while traveling to vacation destination. Upon checking the gentleman told me to slide my card to pay and when I told him it was already paid for he wasn’t having it nor did he want to look into it when I was trying to explain. Thankfully the young lady sitting there took over and showed him how to process.
