Positive: The location was excellent, close to the convention center, parks, restaurants, and shops. The outdoor pool was enjoyable as well.
Negative: The check-in process was frustrating due to outdated and incorrect instructions, making it difficult to access the building. Specifically, no instructions regarding the building number and its entrance code were provided. The master bathroom shower leaked because the door didn’t seal properly, creating a mess each time. We requested extra towels and basic items but were told there would be additional charges, so we ended up managing without them.
