This detached stone house is located in the centre of a small Norman village between Avranches and Granville in the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel.
A large veranda leads to the leafy garden and 1700 m² terrace, where you can spend pleasant hours in fine weather. A barbecue is available. One or two vehicles can be parked in the private driveway alongside the house.
The 140 m² living space can accommodate up to six people. On the ground floor is the living room with dining area and TV. The separate kitchen has a gas cooker, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. On the ground floor there is also a large bathroom with WC, shower and washing machine. There are two attic bedrooms on the first floor. The first bedroom has two 140cm-wide double beds and a 90cm single bed. This room can be divided by a curtain. This includes a shower and separate toilet. A further 140 cm double bed is located in the second bedroom. All rooms are heated.
The holiday home is located close to the coast and beaches. The first beach is around four kilometres away. The famous monument of Mont-Saint-Michel can be reached in 25 minutes by car. It's well worth a visit! In the village of Sartilly, four kilometres away, there is a supermarket (Super U) as well as other shops such as bakeries, butchers, a pharmacy and smaller grocery shops.
