The surroundings are ideal for walking and cycling. Major attractions nearby include the castles and wineries of the Loire, the Futuroscope amusement park, and the Puy du Fou theme park. The home has wooden beams, natural stone walls and an ancient fireplace along with all the modern amenities. There is a large roofed terrace and a garden with furniture. There is also a barbecue. The house is only heated by a wood-burning stove. During the winter months (October to April inclusive) you pay extra for this; this is settled in the service costs that you pay in advance.
