Positive: Excellent location Beautiful view from roof terrace which hotel guests can use from 10am. We could eat our own food and drink on the roof terrace until the bar opens at 3.30pm. Separate space on roof terrace for hotel guests when bar is open (a better sign would help help keep this more private) Good toilets on roof terrace Very clean facilities and room cleaners did a great job of refreshing the room daily Plenty of space in the room for 2 people. 2 big TVs in the room. When I emailed reception with questions or feedback on the facilities, they answer and action quickly Gym is open 24 hours a day I would stay again

Negative: 2 balconies in bedroom could not be used as floor was very dirty (bird poo) on arrival day (at 3pm check in) +no chairs to sit on. Suggest providing 2 folding chairs. Apartment chairs was big sofa or high bar stools. Balcony doors did not shut or lock easily so did not use them. Curtains are blackout but do not cover the windows fully. Street lights shine all night through gaps. No instructions for oven. For 2 days we thought no microwave + only realised 3rd + 4th day. Kitchen Cups small. Wardrobe in the corner between bed + bathroom, it is difficult to access for anyone sleeping in the lounge. It reduces space to walk by bed, I hit my head on the coat hangers sticking out. Bedside table very small with no drawers, not enough space to store bedtime items. Minimal drawers + coat hangers for clothes for 2 people staying 4 nights. There were open shelves in the lounge which made the room look messy , not a good place to store underwear! Only 1 full length mirror in corner by wardrobe + 1 mirror in bathroom. Recommend adding 2 mirrors in lounge + entry for make up + hairdryer near plug sockets, if 4 ladies staying Studio was very open plan, if my partner was snoring, I could not use the sofa bed to escape the noise. Shallow pool. I am 5 foot 5 inches tall which was ok to swim, not for my 6 foot 2 inches husband. The pool was dirty, once reception advised, it was cleaned. Small Gym . 1 treadmill, cross trainer + spin bike. Only dumbell weights up to 10kg + 2 kettlebells at 12kg. As a 55 year old lady who lifts 43kg weights, 3 times a week, I suggest that much heavier dumbells are added, Weighing at least 35kg each for all guests can use the weights. Water machine in the gym did not work during 4 night stay. Roof terrace has no food drinks until after 3.30pm. No sun loungers or pool towels by pool. Roof terrace bar played very loud current music from 3.30pm.
