Positive: We liked the atmosphere! There was a sense of belonging and security. Being a maldivian couple, we liked it that many other fellow country-people were staying in the same place. Not that we visited to meet them, but there was always a sense of being safe, secure, and comfortable because people close to us stayed there. The staff of the hotel were kind and helpful. We were always greeted with welcoming faces and they were eager to help whenever we asked for help.

Negative: We faced three particular problems during our stay. 1) there was a problem with electricity in the room we stayed in. The power cut randomly for a fraction of a second which caused the air-conditioning to restart 2) the clothes hangar inside the toilet was almost falling off the wall because it wasn't secured properly 3) the washing machines were not fully automatic and so required us to manually rinse the clothes
