Positive: The house is beautiful inside and out, the location was perfect, very clean and tidy and had everything we needed! All 3 rooms were great size and the beds big and comfortable with extra blankets, sheets and towels! Kitchen had everything you needed as well and bathrooms were modernized with lovely wide walk in stone shower. The living room was fairly small but it came with sofa and two chairs to sit in with tv and Netflix but bring your fire stick just in case. The dining area was a great size for a family of 8 to eat in. We were a family of 5 and had a wonderful, relaxing time for the weekend. We BBQ'd and used the huge outdoor patio fire place for smores, everything was in order and easy access. Plenty of space and had a enclosed back yard even! We would love to be back to stay here again, it was comfortable, extremely quiet and chill with beautiful dark skies and only 6 miles from down town Flagstaff.
Negative: Top floor bedroom shower ran only cold water and toilet flushed very slow and sometimes would just stop and clog, but I did let the host know about this and they were going to check on it.
Summary: Such a incredible relaxing time spent with family in a beautiful location and home!
