Summary: One pullout bed was completely broken, and the other was in very poor condition (severely bent and lopsided with a very stained mattress. The couches were ripped. The bathroom was the size of a closet with no shelving or area to stow the essentials. The shower was so small, one couldn't bend down in it without hitting the wall. The only sink was in the bathroom. There was not enough towels or washcloths provided, and the remote control for the living room television was missing/gone. The microwave was so small, popcorn couldn't spin properly. The staff was very kind and helpful - they provided us with a new bed so our family of 5 all had somewhere to sleep. But overall, this was unacceptable for the price we paid to stay there.
