Positive: A nice location and set of cute little houses with shared laundry facilities and lovely green surroundings. No noise or disturbance from other guests, BBQ facilities and decking with chairs and table.

Negative: Downstairs bathroom but upstairs bedrooms (not great at night). Walking into the kitchen was like stepping back to the 1970s. It could definitely do with an upgrade (cooker in particular!) The dishes need to be checked before guests arrive: we found several had not been properly washed, giving the general impression of a lack of hygiene. Hot in summer in the bedroom as there is no through-current of air. (only 1 window on one side).

Summary: Nice location, kitchen needs an upgrade
