Summary: Booked 1 night here as I needed to be Hanoi for an early trip to Sapa. Air con was best bit. Booked a room with a city view but was told only family rooms have city view. Rooms were very dated and felt dirty although I knew it had been cleaned. I did get moved in the end . If I was booked for more than 1 night I would have moved and I would not stay here when we get back to Hanoi.
