Wicked Clean..... Non - Smoking... Full kitchen, updated appliances including Refrigerator, stove, recently replaced air conditioning units, Microwave, vinyl plank floor and fresh paint!
We have sorted out processes to make sure the rental units at 19 F Street have been cleaned, sanitized and disinfected. We want everyone to be safe 😊
• Units will be fogged when guests depart with an EPA registered disinfectant / sanitizer with a 10 minute contact time to effectively eliminate Human Coronavirus
• All bedding will be stripped and laundered after the unit has been sanitized
• Each unit will be cleaned and set up for the next guests
Unit #3 is a two-bedroom cottage that sits off the street with full kitchen, living area, 32" flat screen TV, full bath, front porch and small back deck.
Bedroom 1 has twin bunk and 1 full size bed, Bedroom 2 has queen bed
Living area has fold down futon. Fresh paint in kitchen, bathroom and bedroom!
Plus we provide Free Wi-Fi access, basic cable television with NESN for live Red Sox action!!
Bed linens, towels and a common area gas grill are provided!
Laundry facility is 2 blocks away.
One on-site parking spot available.
