It is located on the 6th floor, accessible by elevator. Please note that there are two stairs before reaching the elevator.

This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV with multiple streaming options for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table where you can dine with loved ones.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals.

The two bedrooms have a queen bed, each with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
