The 7th arrondissement, between the Rhรดne (to the west), the Cours Gambetta to the north, the 8th arrondissement to the east and the commune of Saint-Fons to the south. Itโs the largest district in Lyon. It is located on an almost flat territory, the alluvial plain of the Rhรดne. There are some universities, the Citรฉ Scolaire Internationale, the Halle Tony Garnier, where there are many fairs and concerts, and the Parc de Gerland. The banks of the Rhรดne offer a very pleasant walk where cyclists, rollerbladers, joggers and walkers meet night and day!
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest subway station, Stade de Gerland (line B), is just a 12-minute walk.
