Summary: Property was in a good location close to downtown. Problems included no adult table and chairs for eating meals, loft access was dangerous and not up to code, no living room area, bed was just a piece of foam thrown over an old mattress, really poor layout that has potential but not being used. No shelving or closet space along with a complete lack of counter space in kitchen and bathroom.
