Travel Purpose: business

Positive: On the positive side, the room itself was comfortable, well furnished, and quite spacious. It had everything I needed for my stay. The location was also very convenient—close to all the main activities yet situated in a quiet, peaceful area. The staff was also very helpful and always willing to assist when needed.

Negative: One of the main issues for me was the high level of automation in the room. Having to rely on an app to open and close the doors, as well as to operate the air conditioning, felt inconvenient rather than helpful. Instead of adding comfort, it made simple tasks more complicated. On top of that, the room felt quite cold, and despite my attempts to adjust the temperature through the app, I wasn’t able to warm it up properly. Unfortunately, these aspects affected my overall comfort during the stay.

Summary: A comfortable stay in a quiet area with very helpful staff, though the room’s automation wasn’t idea
