Cast away in this gorgeous 5 bedroom/5.5 bath house with private pool, beach walkover, large bar, grill, plenty of parking, gated entrance. This oceanfront home has the perfect layout for 3 families to share. Sit on the 2nd floor deck overlooking the ocean and pool and escape into a blissful state. Bottom (1st) floor has 2 bedrooms with 4 QUEEN size bunks per bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. Bottom floor is ideal for children. Each bunk has its own cubby for device plug in. Both rooms have a smart TV and one room has an Xbox .
Middle (2nd) floor has one king bedroom, one full bathroom, laundry room, living room & full Kitchen. Kitchen has seating for at the counter and a full size huge table with 2 benches and 4 chairs. Middle floor has its own deck overlooking the ocean with 2 chairs on the patio and a couch. Large TV
Top floor has 2 master suites with king beds in both, private balconies on each side and your own mini fridge/bar/sink area complete with your own large shower and bathroom.
There are 2 washer/dryers in the house, 2 dishwashers, LARGE refrigerator, 2 car garage large balconies overlooking the ocean. Top notch furniture, great layout . There are flat screen TV's in every bedroom and a large flat screen in the living room and one outdoor on the pool deck.
This house is perfect for a family/friends getaway. The second floor deck has plenty of seating, along with the first floor outdoor bar area, pool area, grill, an outdoor bathroom/shower area and plenty of beach chairs to use. Full size Pool, Full Size Jacuzzi (seats up to 8) LARGE sun-shelf, your own private walkover and countless memories to be had! The 2 master suites on the 3rd floor also have their own private balconies to sip coffee in the morning when you wake up to the ocean sound.
